The Harmony of Diphthongs — Double Sound Magic
Learn how two vowel sounds glide together to create fluent, musical English speech. Telugu phonetics included.
Introduction — The Soul of Sound
Every language has music. In English, the music often comes from diphthongs — double vowel sounds that glide from one vowel to another in the same syllable. When you say time, your mouth moves from /a/ to /ɪ/ — that sliding sound makes your speech natural and expressive.
